Woodvale Old Boys

One other history item is the Old Boys games. In the late '80s a number of the ex-players challenged the current team to an end of season game, and got a creditable 2-2 draw. The Old Boys game became quite a regular end-of season fixture though the Old Boys did not manage any sort of result  for a number of years. The 1997 team managed their second ever draw, probably thanks to an extra 100 years experience between them.
